Twin 90mm Viper set a new record during qualification as being the first pump gas car to run a 7. He would've won last year but missed a checkpoint.

that guy in the orange camaro was an idiot for laying into the throttle when he wasn't even in the groove. He was just asking to put it in the wall.

Considering the Viper holds every 1/4 record with its V10... it doesn't seem to meaningless to me. rofl

I don't know, man. I'm not familiar with the way vipers sound other than a guy that runs a street tire nitrous viper at the track. That motor just doesn't sound very healthy. The guys viper at the track sounds sick.

It's like a huge chainsaw, and I love it. I think they do have a nice melody to them in the higher rpm ranges though.

You don't see any 3500-4000 lb Vettes with the aerodynamics of a brick either.

They all have full interior and are above stock weight due to the twin turbo setup, roll cage, parachute, etc...

One more with in-car, kudos to 1320video. This meaningless V10 powered pig had the whole event covered by half a second, babied out of the hole. rofl
